General

Most quote requests are answered within 24 hours. Send a couple of photos through the quote form and we can often give you a firm price without needing a site visit.

Not necessarily. As long as we have access to water, power (where relevant) and the areas to be cleaned, many jobs can go ahead without you needing to be present.

We service the whole Auckland region — from North Shore to Manukau.

Yes, we use biodegradable detergents and take care to rinse garden beds and lawns where our cleaning solutions run off, keeping pets and plants in mind throughout the job.

Light rain usually isn't an issue for washing jobs, but we'll reschedule if heavy rain would affect the result or make working conditions unsafe. We'll always contact you ahead of time if that's the case.

Yes, every job gets a clear, itemised quote up front, so there are no surprises on your invoice.

House Washing

No. Soft washing is specifically designed to protect painted and coated surfaces. We use lower pressure than a standard water blast and let the cleaning solution do the work of breaking down mould and grime, rather than blasting it off.

Most Auckland homes benefit from a wash every 12–18 months, given our rainfall and humidity. South-facing and shaded walls tend to grow mould faster and may need more frequent attention.

Yes. We shift furniture where needed and use plant-safe, biodegradable detergents, rinsing garden beds as we go to minimise any impact.

Roof Treatment

No — treatment uses a targeted spray to kill moss and lichen at low pressure, protecting tiles and coatings. A direct high-pressure blast on a roof risks lifting or cracking tiles, which is why we avoid it.

Most of the die-back happens gradually over the following weeks as the moss and lichen dry out and detach. This is normal and is what protects your tiles long-term.

Yes, we use products that are safe to run off into your gutters and stormwater system, and we can pair treatment with a gutter clean if debris has built up.

Gutter Cleaning

We clear debris by hand from a ladder or roof anchor point rather than blasting it through the gutter, which avoids driving grit under tiles or damaging soft roofing materials.

Once or twice a year is typical, more often if you have overhanging trees. Autumn, after leaf drop, is the most common time to book.

Yes — a gutter clean isn't complete until we've confirmed downpipes are flowing freely, so flushing them is part of every job.

Driveway Cleaning

Most oil marks lift significantly with pre-treatment and high-pressure blasting, though very old, deeply set stains may leave a faint shadow. We'll let you know what to expect once we've assessed the stain.

We adjust pressure and technique around paver joints to avoid washing out jointing sand, and can re-sand joints afterwards on request.

Most driveways are safe to walk on within an hour and dry to the touch within a few hours, depending on weather.

Deck Cleaning

Used carelessly, yes — over-blasting timber is a common cause of splintered, 'fuzzy' decking. We match pressure to your timber's condition and always test an inconspicuous area first.

Yes, composite decking is cleaned at a lower pressure with a suitable detergent, since it responds differently to moss and grime than timber.

We recommend letting the deck dry out fully — usually a few dry days — before applying any stain or sealant, so it bonds properly to the timber.

Fence Cleaning

Yes, with access arranged — many customers coordinate with a neighbour to have both sides done in the same visit.

We use pressure suited to coated timber to clean without stripping stain. If your fence needs restaining afterwards, we're happy to recommend timing for that separately.

Yes, colour steel is cleaned at lower pressure with an appropriate detergent to lift grime without scuffing the coating.
